Do you have codling moths in your apple trees?

This is the time of year to check your home orchard for codling moths. I hung a couple of codling moth traps at eye level in two different areas with apple trees. You can buy these simple cardboard traps with moth attractant at any gardening supply store for about $5 each. Since the traps were full of moths within a few days, I know I need to spray my trees.
